Flickering

Hello i've bought 2 pcs of this same UGREEN Revodok Pro 312 12-in-1 4k HDMI Universal Docking Station and it uses DisplayLink

There are issues on 1 of the Dock where the Display keeps flickering on Windows, while plugging it on Mac it displays things just fine.

I've 2 different studios but with same setup same display.

Does anyone have any idea why its like this? i've been troubleshooting it for the past 2 days and im frustrated..

Let me know any details needed.. thanks
