Hi everyone !
I have acquired two DELL monitors, both of which are connected to my ThinkPad Docking Station that support Display Link. How do I know it supports DisplayLink? 1. It's written on it 2. It works with my M1 Pro The issue I am facing is making it work with my MBA M2. For some mysterious reasons, I cannot get any of the monitors working with my MBA M2. The M1 Pro works just fine tho, I have extended display -- everything's perfect. On macOS, in Screen and System Audio Recording, I have Display Manager toggled. To my knowledge, this is the only option that should be toggled/enabled. I am on macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70). I tried to uninstall and re install the software, to no avail. I tried both USC-C ports on my MBA, no change whatsoever. Upon clicking the DLM icon, I get the message "Please connect your Display Link Device". Am I missing something here? |
