MacBook Air M4 & Lenovo USB-C Dock 40AY

Hello,

I have an issue with the external display using the Lenovo USB-C dock 40AY which said it's displaylink compatible.

When connected, it recognize only 1 external screen - but I have 2 connected. The same image is mirror on both screen.

DisplayLink is well installed but on the monitor page it says "please connect your display link devices"

Any idea ?

Hello ChrisMC,

Ensure that you are running on the latest version of our driver.
Please check if your cables are properly connected. DisplayLink device might not have been properly detected - it may be necessary to unplug it and replug it again.

Could you also share more about your setup? How are the monitors connected?
