Dell D6000 vs UD22 Docking Station - Would switching between the two cause issues wit

I use a UD22 at home and a D6000 at home. I find that when I connect my Latitude 5450 at home there is a significant delay 10mins+ before the laptop and my monitors connect, whereas the UD22 doesn't have any issues. Is there something I am missing here in terms of compatibility that could be causing these problems?

Also which D6000 port are you connected to?
