Running MacOS 15.7.1 - MacBook Air M2
Running dual screens on Dell UD22 and my native display with lid open Just downgraded from MacOS 26 because performance was just awful Teams 25255.703.3891.5698. I have an issue when starting to screen share. When I share a whole screen, one or both external displays switch off and all windows move back to the built-in screen. I've tried uninstalling the client, reinstalling. I have plenty of disk space. Is anyone else experiencing issues? |

Hi pjfb,
Did you try enabling the "Auto-detect video call overlays" option in the Settings tab? Regards, Szymon |

Hi pjfb
In this case we need to investigate debug data. Would you mind raising a support request? If so, please follow instructions: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink You can share a ticket id here so I can identify it later. Thanks, Szymon |

Hi King Marqy,
"Additional HiDPI modes" option in the settings tab allows scaled modes e.g. 3008x1692 to appear in the mode list. Unless a user intents to use such mode I don't recommend enabling it. Please, disable "Additional HiDPI modes" and test. Regards, Szymon |

I’ve experienced similar issues with Teams on Mac when using multiple monitors. One workaround that helped me was setting one external display as the primary monitor in System Preferences before starting the screen share. Sometimes Teams seems to default to the built-in display if no primary display is set. Also, make sure “Displays have separate Spaces” is enabled in Mission Control, it can prevent windows from snapping back to the laptop screen. Hopefully a future Teams update resolves this more permanently.
