Upgrading to Macbook Pro from MB Air M2 Concerns

Hi there,

I've been using my Macbook Air M2 for the last few years on MacOS 14.3.1 (haven't updated OS as seen many issues with DisplayLink not working and already had issues in the past with my 3 monitors not working at all times).

My question is around this - if I upgrade to one of the later or even the MB Pro M1 which has a newer OS on it. Should my 3 monitors still work with the new device?

Considering going for the MP Max chip to avoid any issues but feels a costly way to ensure I can use my current setup. If I can get away with it, I'd rather use a base chip or Pro.
