I can confirm that the Cloud PC content window cannot be captured using the screen shot tools regardless if it's located on the DisplayLink connected display or internal display.

Likely, this is the same problem that users experience with MS Teams screen sharing. Please, stick to this thread for updates: Invisible MS Teams controls while sharing screen
