thanks for answering!

I just installed the newest Catalast (13.4) and ran your support tool. The zip file is attached.

From what I've tried yesterday I can say the following to narrow down the problem:

When I boot the PC and everything starts for the first time I can see the image on the left side This is a cool thing! Looks really nice having a third monitor. BUT: The longer everything operates the poorer everything getts. First I start seeing artefacts and pixel errors after that the hole image is getting distorted and after that the image is gone. The image is then just black, white and yellow artefacts... after that the image is totally gone and I can't do anything to get the image back again.

I really hope that the zip file is gonna help solving this issue.
I'd really like to use the device for the third screen (1280x720) (just for office purposes). I hope this is possible.
