Hi,

Can you try the latest Renesas USB 3.0 driver (v2.1.39.0)?

You can get it from here:
http://www.station-drivers.com/page/renesas.htm

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Or if you prefer you can get it from the HP site:

Thanks,
James

Fixed. I had posted a reply saying I also had a third monitor using DisplayLink that would not come on for ten mins after Windows 7 startup. However after a disasterous attempt to diagnose the ATI driver (do NOT install the Driver Verification Tool!), I reinstalled the Graphics card driver, and on reboot my screen appeared. So it was my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 Driver at fault. The driver is unchanged at version 8.680.0.0 18/11/2009

Unhappy Actually ...

Sadly since that, my Wav Link adapter stopped working altogether, as has a second identical one. Neither work on a second machine, so I think they're toast.

Your host controller drivers are still out of date looking at the log file:

Name: Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller
Driver Provider: Renesas Electronics
Driver Version: 2.0.32.0
Driver Date: 2010/10/12
Device ID: PCI\VEN_1033&DEV_0194&SUBSYS_161C103C&REV_04\FFFFF FFFFFFFFFFF00

The latest version for this VEN/DEV ID are the same as the ones on the Plugable site here:

https://s3.amazonaws.com/plugable/bi...4-2.1.28.0.zip

Please try these and see if it fixes the issue.
