Hallo James,

A question. If the laptop is off, but the 3005pr is still connected to the grid, should the green "on/off" indicator on the 3005pr then be on or off? In my case, it is off. Could it be that the adapter does not function (unfortunately there is no indicator on it) so that the USB3 ports receives insufficient power? (Do USB3 ports need more power than USB2 ports?). The strange thing is that the functioning of the 3005pr does not differ whether I have it connected to the grid or not.
