Hello Mike,

Thank you for your patience, I missed your message.

Your monitor is having difficulty talking with your computer.
I have limited information because this problem occurs when the computer asks the monitor for identification details. It could be because the monitor was designed to work with a driver higher than this, as security and features are updated regularly. From what I can see, it seems you must use something higher than 8.0 M0 for this product, but I don't have the full picture.

The first step would be to remove DisplayLink software after having disconnected the AOC monitor.
Then, download and install a recent version, like 8.4 M0 and reboot.
I would welcome new logs when this has been performed, if the issue persists, as I would get more details on the next step.
