Hello,

The resolution is unusual and only usual resolutions are listed.
The DisplayLink chips are not restricted to specific resolution but by bandwidth: how fast should the pixels go on the tube.

Can you give me the monitor model name so I can look at what type of inputs it takes?
2560 x 2160 sounds to be within UHD/4K (3840x2160): the double = 5K (5120 x 2160) is only 33% width increase compared to UHD/4K for same height.
