Monitors not waking up upon initial plug-in - MacBook Pro M4 MacOs 15.1 - Dell D3100

I was having the same issue for the past couple of days until I downloaded and installed the latest software update, which is this one:

Release: 1.11 | Oct 8, 2024:
https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...ownloads/macos

After reinstalling it, I unplugged and plugged my cable on my Mac, and it works now.
