Your product indeed is DisplayLink compatible, in fact it uses a combination of technologies:

Display 1 (HDMI) - so called "Alt mode" - it only works if the dock is connected via USB-C
Display 2 (DP) - DisplayLink output
Display 3 (DP/HDMI) - DisplayLink output

Therefore, in the current version of DisplayLink Manager, only displays connected to Display 2 & 3 will appear in the app. Please make sure to install the latest version of the app:
