Hi Szymon,
thank you for your reply. here is my setup: Macbook Air M4 Tahoe 26.3 (25D125) UGREEN Revodok Pro 209 Docking Station Samsung Odyssey G95C 49" LED DWQHD 240 Hz FreeSync Premium Pro Courbe when I use just hdmi directly to my macbook, its working, but when i USE my dock it doesn't. the dock is connected, my external ssd connected through the dock is working, my mac is charging. I'm stuck with DisplayLinkManager stating that I should connect my device... Thanks |

Hi Nasri,
Thank you for your update. Are you on the latest DisplayLink Manager 15.1? If so, would you be able to capture debug logs and send them to us? There is an instruction for this https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink Let me know when you complete this. Thanks. Regards, Szymon |

Hi Nasrii,
Thank you for the logs. Unfortunately, inspecting them I don't see any signs a DisplayLink dock has been connected. Could you check following? Could you please try the following steps:
If this doesn't change this means it is either not a DisplayLink dock or it is a hardware failure. Regards Szymon |
