Hi,

Which port on the dock are you trying to attach the Dell monitor to?

Can you try attaching to the other ports on the dock?

Hi James

I tried attaching it to the VGA of the docking station, as usual with monitors.
Note that it already functioned in the past.

Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Can you try power cycling the dock?

To do this follow these steps:
* Disconnect the dock from the notebook
* Disconnect the dock from the mains power
* Reconnect the dock to the notebook
* Reconnect the dock to the mains power

If you can please try connecting your monitor to the DVI / HDMI port on the dock.

Hi James

Took me a while to find again a DVI-HDMI cable. I power cycled the thing and connected the monitor with DVI-HDMI. Still nothing happening. Maybe you have another idea?
