black screen (no video) after reboot

Hello.

After installing the drivers and plugging everything in, everything works fine. My 3rd monitor works as expected. However, if I reboot, all I get is a black screen/no video. The monitor still registers in Windows and I can see it in display properties, and I can drag windows into it. Just no video.

This is my setup:

HP EliteBook 8440p
HP Dock
DVI monitor plugged into dock
VGA monitor plugged into dock
DVI monitor plugged into Plugable DVI-VGA adapter

I've tried with or without the dock and have the same problem.

Any ideas/advice?
