Hi,
Which port on the dock are you trying to attach the Dell monitor to? Can you try attaching to the other ports on the dock? Thanks, James |

Hi James
I tried attaching it to the VGA of the docking station, as usual with monitors. Note that it already functioned in the past. Thanks for the help Hallon |

Hi,
Thanks for the information. Can you try power cycling the dock? To do this follow these steps: * Disconnect the dock from the notebook * Disconnect the dock from the mains power * Reconnect the dock to the notebook * Reconnect the dock to the mains power If you can please try connecting your monitor to the DVI / HDMI port on the dock. Thanks, James |

Took me a while to find again a DVI-HDMI cable. I power cycled the thing and connected the monitor with DVI-HDMI. Still nothing happening. Maybe you have another idea? |
